Very easy to book online. Then confirmed by garage. Price originally quoted was the price I paid. Robin in the office was lovely - very friendly and efficient. Other staff directed me where to go. Everything seemed well organised and helpful towards customers. I'd been recommended the garage by a friend whose car was sorted there, otherwise I might have questioned if they take cars, as the current signage is for motorbikes. But they do. Don't know enough to comment on quality but great so far.
